I probably would not have seen this movie except that it has gotten some good reviews and (more importantly) Black Panther was sold out for the next six showings. I didn’t know much about this movie, which is good since a lot of the movie is about finding out what is happening as it happens to the cast. The acting is good and a lot of the effects and scenery are really cool, but there have been so many alien biology movies, that I don’t think another one was needed. Even though it is well made, with good performances, I don’t think this one adds much and there really were no big twists or turns to make this movie stand out.
